October 2022 was a very important month for the UCLG-CSIPDHR, as it has been marked by two key events, both held in the Republic of Korea: the 12th World Human Rights Cities Forum – WHRCF (10-13 October 2022) in Gwangju; and the World Summit of United Cities and Local Governments (10 -14 October 2022) in Daejeon.
