This document seeks to gather, reference and recap the contributions made by social organizations, voluntary service organizations, citizens’ networks and citizens during the process.
In this way, the first step of the preliminary drafting of the law is closed and facilitates the reinforcing dialogue spaces and collaborative work.
The participative process is not finished. This draft proposal will again be the object of analysis and debate with the social organizations, voluntary service organizations and citizens in general.
Finally, it should be indicated that the administrative approach of this preliminary draft bill entails implicit stages (controlled by law) of information and debate, and public hearing. During these stages, the role of civil society and citizens is particularly pertinent.
We should bear in mind that Citizen Participation Law of Andalucía seeks to regulate participation as a right and to promote and develop participation in order to advance in the construction of dialogue and communication spaces and co-decision making with citizens.
