We are pleased to publish the minutes of the 2013 Annual Meeting of the UCLG Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights, which took place on October 2nd, 2013, in Rabat (Morocco) in the framework of the 4th UCLG World Congress.
