The International Forum on the Well-being (Bien Vivre in French and Buen Vivir in Spanish) will take place in Grenoble (France) on June 6, 7 and 8 2018.
This Forum is a result of the collaboration between local authorities (Grenoble-Alpes Métropople and the city of Grenoble), members of Grenoble universities (COMUE and Université Grenoble-Alpes) and civil society - such as CCFD-Terre Solidaire and the FAIR collective (Forum for Alternative Indicators on Wealth).
The Forum on the Well-Being will focus on:
1) The use and impacts of welfare indicators regarding well-being;
2) It will do so by focusing on the bottom-up, at the level of territories;
3) For and within a transition towards fair and sustainable development models
During 3 days, the Forum will be an opportunity to take a step forward on the following debate: “How and on what conditions can these indicators become structural and promote practices that are part of a vision for a fair and sustainable society?”
