We are pleased to send you the minutes of the preparatory meeting of the 1st World Summit of Local Governments for the Right to the City, which took place on July 13, 2012 in Saint-Denis (France). From the discussions that took place during the meeting, a draft programme has been prepared, which you will find below.

The summit is being organized by conurbation authority of Plaine Commune, the cities of Saint-Denis and Aubervilliers, and the Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights.
